Let it be known, Claudia is the first to predict Lady Gaga as the 2009 Halloween Cliche Costume.  I was a little skeptical at first, but white wig + tights/leggings + lightning bolt + ventriloquistdummylipstick = lady gaga.  It’s quick, not hard to make, and most importantly, it is an easily sexified costume.  mynameisclaudia: i predict lady gaga costumes will be this year’s amy winehouse (as in, they will be on EVERY CORNER).
